I am not going to make any comment other than if the water penetration matter on level 7 had been handled appropriately before I had to take the EC to Tribunal (twice) almost 2 years ago.... and budgeted accordingly, you wouldn't have to send this suggestion out to people Matt.
I really feel for the people who will find it difficult to pay the budget deficit and new levy at the same time, however this could have been avoided. I have paid mine in total.

Hi All,
Im sure we have all received our levy notices and I dont know about everyone else but I was a bit surprised to see the levy increase that we voted on at the AGM was backdated to the start of the year. It makes sense when you think about it But it was not made obvious at the meeting and im sure a lot of owners will be caught off guard by it.
I would like to propose that we offer some time for owners to pay this backdated increase. $60 late fees will only serve to make a bad situation even worse.
What do people think.
Matt.
