Thanks Matt and I agree with your comments, and there was certainly was no discussion at the AGM as to when these levies were to be paid.
I suggest the due date for payment on current Levy notice for the period 1/12/17 to 28/02/18 should be amended and due on 1/03/18.
I addition I agree that owners should be given leeway as to payment of their levies without incurring penalties.

Hi All,

  Im sure we have all received our levy notices and I dont know about 
everyone else but I was a bit surprised to see the levy increase that we 
voted on at the AGM was backdated to the start of the year. It makes 
sense when you think about it But it was not made obvious at the meeting 
and im sure a lot of owners will be caught off guard by it.

I would like to propose that we offer some time for owners to pay this 
backdated increase. $60 late fees will only serve to make a bad 
situation even worse.

What do people think.
