[200William-EC SP67851] SP 67851 - URGENT Petrol smell in basements

I just went down I think smell is same as yesterday. It's stronger around the tank. But only marginally.
What is now even more concern is water is flooding from Avis water tank for their car wash. Pouring out of a garden hose which appears to be pushed into a concrete wall and flooding the wet wall pits. The pit has over filled and is flooding the basement.
