Dear EC,
It is difficult to know which will offer a permanent solution and at good value. I will move to support the engineers suggestion. I would like them to confirm that they have no interest in any of tenders or that any family members work for the companies. I am not sure how else to feel sure it is non conflicted.
If you agree, I would suggest an email from Patrick be sent to this effect.
