Hi Patrick,
  Thanks for the follow up. I agree with the engineer that we are better 
off going for 2 Layer Torch on so as to improve the life. We previously 
got less then 10 years out of the Liquid for the cost It would be nice 
to get a longer period.

Thanks for trying to save us some money Patrick on re-establishing the 
garden. We can use every saving we can.
