For me to include in the EGM Agenda, I will require the Owner to complete the attached application form and include the brochure as well as the below details of the installer -
* ABN of the installer

Until I have these details and the application form, attached completed to include in the EGM Agenda.

Attached are the forms required to gain approval for a simple screen to provide sun screening and a measure of privacy on our balcony.
Wynstan of Hornsby have previously been used to undertake similar screen to unit opposite and they have been retained to undertake this job using the same colours as used previously .
I look forward to a favourable reply asap.
