[200William-EC SP67851] SP 79293 - Balcony Screen Renovations Unit 431 (Lot 150)

Hi Wayne,

The application complete is for the Owners Corporations old renovations By Law which is now obsolete as advised at the AGM.

For me to include in the EGM Agenda, I will require the Owner to complete the attached application form and include the brochure as well as the below details of the installer -


*         ABN of the installer

*         Insurance Certificates of the installer

*         Builder's license details of the installer

Until I have these details and the application form, attached completed to include in the EGM Agenda.

Would you like me to pass the above and attached details onto the Owner of Unit 431 (Lot 150)?

Attached are the forms required to gain approval for a simple screen to provide sun screening and a measure of privacy on our balcony.
Wynstan of Hornsby have previously been used to undertake similar screen to unit opposite and they have been retained to undertake this job using the same colours as used previously .
