Hello Patrick,

I hope you had a great weekend.

We have been asked to get all the gym equipment at Marquis running again.

The treadmill is missing the safety key making the machine inoperable. We have managed to source replacements, however invoicing will not be possible. Should I cover the cost and get reimbursed? I was looking to purchase 2 so we have a spare and will collect them to avoid the delivery fees.

Also, the display on one of the exercise bikes is faulty. We tried to source a replacement, however this was not possible. I would like to take the display for service at an electronics repair centre to see if it can be fixed. Once again should I cover the costs and be reimbursed?

The manufacturer got back to me and let me know that they indeed have stock of the safety key for the Tempo T905 Treadmill.

These cost of the safety key is $45.00 + $15.00 postage fee or free for collection from our store (they would send it us on one of our regular orders we have with them)

Please note that this is a special order item and therefore, we would require full payment prior to ordering the part.
