To the EC and Patrick,

- Would you kindly advise me Patrick when we last installed hot water
tanks.  I brought up this recently and wonder if we have any warranty,
because the last set were brought in within the past 5 years I believe.

- If we have to buy new hot water tanks, what warranty do we have on each
of them please.

Hi All,



  As you all know Darren has been working on quotes for hot water. This so
far seems to be the best option (and only) as all the rest were not like
for like and a such could not be done.



Can I please get a show of hands for agreement so I can vote for the BMC.
I intend to vote in the affirmative if i dont hear back within 48 hours.



As always Andrew will also need to agree as part of the commercial strata.



Patrick can you update us regarding the BMC budget. There have been a lot
of issues of late.
