[200William-EC SP67851] SP 67851 - URGENT Variations for Approval & Update on Level 7 Rectification

As a follow up I propose we go with Cathys Suggestion to pay here 
Gardner $2500 to remove the dirt and dead plants. If we can agree to 
that im sure Darren will co-ordinate with Cathys contact.

Can we get a consensus on this rather then spending another $20k

a) Engage Cathys landscaper to remove old plants and soil

b) Leave BBQ as is. If it leaks lets fix it later. Cathy/Ken its above 
your place so input from you would be good as you will be effected if it 
goes wrong.
