[200William-EC SP67851] Hot Water

Hi all

I don't think I saw a note on this previously so am assuming it's a long
term issue. If so, Patrick could you educate me/others on what a quantum
heater is and if there was a decision not to repair/replace.

Darren has checked on the hot water it is working but is taking an extended
time to heat up as you know two of the quantum heaters are no longer in
service. Fingers crossed should be hot again by tomorrow
