[200William-EC SP67851] Hot Water

To the EC,

I didn't know that 2 of the 'quantum' heaters are no longer in service!!
Was there an email sent out to all owners about this?  Matt, you mention
that "as you know, there are two of the quantum heaters...no longer in
service."  

Patrick, would you kindly advise.   Did you send an email at any time that
this was the case?

Hi all
Darren has checked on the hot water it is working but is taking an extended
time to heat up as you know two of the quantum heaters are no longer in
service. Fingers crossed should be hot again by tomorrow
