Hi Matt & Committee Members,

The significant increase in levies is due to the BMC not being able to hold a meeting until as of the end of this month due to both BMC Members not being financial and the levies being unable to be decreases, as well las the likely variations to the building rectification on Level 7 and the large deficit in the properties financial statements.

This increase may well allow a significant decrease in levies in 2018 when the BMC levies decrease and other expenses as well as the variations to the Level 7 rectification also decrease.

Hi Patrick,
 I note on the forward budget that levies seemed to have increased by ~ 30 %. Would it be possible for you to give us some sort of a break down summery of where these increases are going.

I assume owners will want want some questions answered at the AGM re the budget and if we knew what some of the answers were in advance it would be helpful.
