Dear Committee,
Your end of financial year was 28/02/2017 and as such the property is due for its Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Below are dates that I currently have available to attend the meeting –
Monday 14th August 2017
Wednesday 23rd August 2017
Thursday 24th August 2017
Please advise if you are happy to hold the AGM at the property as per the last years meetings at the same time?
For the proposed date I would need to be advised by no later than 10:00am Friday 28th July 2017.
Attached is a copy of the proposed budget for the coming year which also includes the Income and Expenditure for the last 12 months for the property which I will be presenting to the Owners at the meeting.
Please review the attached and if you have any alterations or queries please advise me and I will do my best to answer them over email, otherwise these can be answered in person at the AGM. If there are any queries or changes that you would like me to make to the proposed budget, please advise and I can make these before sending out with the AGM Agenda.
Please also advise if you require any additional motions on the AGM agenda please advise as per the cut off date and I will add these?
