I have no problem with that.  I agree that we should offer a cage at no 
cost to Mr Laforest until the water problem is permanently rectified. I 
would hope the EC would agree.

It's a shame it has taken so long to find a Contractor that would agree 
to cut the drains.  Patrick. Have you attempted  contacting the 
Architect via Mr Veyron, he might have the original hydraulic plans.  
Andrew had no problem picking up his phone to the Architect when he was 
attempting to obtain facts regarding the BMC building manager.
