Good afternoon,

The water problem which continues to expand from my storage area (part of my parking) on P4 and I would like to request the EC provides me with a temporary closed off storage cage on the same floor until the problem is fixed and I can use the area again.  I cannot enter this area from where the water emanates (and goes over into Robin’s parking space) without the mud and water all around me.

 

I look forward to hearing back from someone.

Hi Patrick, 

 Yes that's Robins car. He has permission to park in visitor parking until the water issue with his spot has been resolved. 

 

Regarding that I assume the EC has no problem getting the engineer to do the scope of work to cut in the drain. Daren could not find a contractor that was prepared to quote for the work without engineering drawing of building services 

 

I also note that I have seen anything  on the rectification of the balcony of 402 which drains into apartment 402 under heavy rain.
