[200William-EC SP67851] SP 67851 - NCAT Submission Date of 28.09.2016 & Unavailable Dates for Tribunal Hearing

Dear Committee,

Please see attached correspondence from NCAT to advise that submissions by the Owners Corporation will need to be made by no later than Wednesday 28th September 2016 and details of what to include.

Brook, in response to dates of unavailability, can you please provide these to me by no later than 4:00pm, Wednesday 14th September 2016 and I will provide mine at the same time up until the end of this year?

Once submissions have been made and have been received by the Applicant all such will be provided to the Committee along with confirmation of the date of the hearing.
