No letter of demand. The issue is quite complex. But essentially. The
Commercial strata paid for our building manager to service them as well
us us. Which he did for many years there are many records of our
building manager doing jobs for the commercial strata. But there is no
formal agreement in place. The commercial strata changed to another
building manager whom from what I can see does/did nothing. (you can see
the lock is still broken on the toilet door on G level) This is further
complicated by the fact that the building management company is owned
by Andrew The very person demanding the money.
In a nut shell. The commercial strata never formally agreed to pay for
our building manager but were paying. They want that money repaid. We
will allege they paid for services rendered.
This all happened when Rob was the BMC rep. The same time He gave away
the wash bay to pack and send. It's been quite an effort to get my head
around everything that was done during that period.
