No I could not in fact locate the attached but remember seeing it sent through by yourself late last week.

I will have to advise on the below details of Building Management costs.

Hi Patrick,
 I assume you have not come across the attached contract as yet ?  This seems to be the valid contract. It appears to be outside the BMC. It's my understanding that the BMC does not pay anything for building management and the contract lives with the Resi strata (see attached) there is a separate contact for the Commercial  strata with Andrew Varyon's company. BMAUS
