Hi Patrick,
  I assume you have not come across the attached contract as yet ? This 
seems to be the valid contract. It appears to be outside the BMC. It's 
my understanding that the BMC does not pay anything for building 
management and the contract lives with the Resi strata (see attached) 
there is a separate contact for the Commercial strata with Andrew 
Varyon's company. BMAUS
