Hi Andrew,
I have discovered a contact between BMS and the Resi strata (with the
common seal attached) November for 24 months for building management.
It's signed by The strata manager. The advice I have been given is that
the contract is valid.
I show of hands over the weekend 3 out of 5 voted in favor of keeping
the existing building management firm. At this stage I see no room to
move building managers and would be compelled by the wishes of the Resi
EC to vote no to any motion.
We intend to have a formal meeting in April of which we would be happy
for you to attend if you were interested in meeting the Resi EC and
making your case further.
