Craig,
Agreed that it needs to get fixed. I just want everyone to be cognisant that there are some other structural issues coming up with the tiles and painting. These are big ticket items when they occur and equally important. So it would be good to have it all in the budget so everyone knows what we can afford with the money we have, and what would trigger a special levy.
