Hi Matt & Darren,

I can confirm that all of Parking Level, Basement 4 is in fact SP 67851's common property and any repairs and maintenance to this area would in fact be the Owners Corporations to repair and maintain as per the attached strata plan.

Please advise if you need any assistance in organising the repairs and maintenance for this area?
