Hi Patrick,

  Darren came up with some possible solutions for the water pooling in 
the carpark P4 near the owner of 601's spot and storage cage.  Can you 
please confirm if it's a BMC matter to implement his solutions or if 
it's a resi strata matter so it can be progressed.
