[200William-EC SP67851] 601 water leaks

Hi All,
  The deadline from Apartment 601 is approaching I suggest as per 
Patrick's comment's that we get the engineer to re-attend. We do that to 
cover our selves in case he takes us back to the tribunal. I suggest we 
get Patrick to instruct the engineer to attend.

Please advise.
