I agree Matt. 
Last year when Tony Tesserie (builder) repaired the water leakage to my unit he complained to me that it took forever to be paid for work done around the strata. He is not the only one.
I was only supportive of staying with STM because of the diligent efforts put in by Pia and she was far more effective than Maxine Wickey.
We need to call an extraordinary general meeting and resolve this problem. I acknowledge the other tenderers however there rates were rather excessive.
Perhaps George could recommend another strata agency as he obviously deals with many other stratas.
