[200William-EC SP67851] Developments at STM

Hi All,
  I need to update you regarding some developments at STM. A couple of 
days ago George contacted me regarding Sharp Cooling our Aicon 
Contractor who are refusing to do any more work for our SP because bills 
are unpaid. He asked me to contact STM to work out what was happening.

I tried over a few days to contact someone senior in STM but was unable 
to. Pia was also attempting to get the matter resolved however it seemed 
to be not progressing. Then yesterday Pia informed me that she was 
resigning from STM. (4 weeks)

Today I was contacted by email by the Strata Trust accountant who I 
asked to pay all outstanding bills and more importantly keep paying 
bills on time. To which I received a fob of to George asking George to 
contact her directly.  This is simply not good enough.  Last year when 
we discussed moving strata management agents. We were convinced to stay 
with STM and  Pia was assigned who was excellent. Now she is departing I 
think it's time we discuss this again.

I have lost all faith in STM. They can not seem to exercise their most 
basic function of paying bills to contractors. How can they be expected 
to manage the plan correctly.
