Hi Pia,
  Very sorry once again to hear about your loss. We have come up with a 
new plan that should be able to let us hold off on the Special Levy. The 
plan is to replace the current video intercom system with an audio only 
model then owners can opt in (at their cost) to buy the more expensive 
video display panel if needed. Total cost is closer to $15k.

We would need a special resolution under section 62 part 3 to remove the 
old video intercom as it is no longer viable to repair it and at the 
same meeting add a new intercom that has audio with a video option under 
section 65a .

Idea would be to hold the meeting via proxy's only. Im assuming this 
vote will go ok as it's the only option other then raising a special 
levy under section 76 and hit every apartment for the cost of a video 
intercom where they may not be required.

Excess cost's for video handset rather then the default audio would be 
$390 per apartment. (with a few options)

If you can draft the Special resolutions under part 62 and 65 im happy 
to write the letter explaining it to owners and we can send it to en EGM.
