Good Afternoon All,

Thank you very much for your condolences, it really means a lot. 

This will be the motion for the special levy:

THAT in accordance with section 76(4) of the Strata Schemes Management Act 1996, that the owners corporation, being faced with expenses to cover the costs of the replacement video intercom, that:
(a)	an amount of $30,000.00 plus GST  be raised by additional levy to the administrative fund to meet those expenses;
(b)	the additional levy is to be due and payable in one instalment being 1st January 2016.
(c)      Strata Managing Agent is authorised to serve written notice of such levy on each person liable to pay it.

Hi All,
  Are we all in agreement that we should go ahead with replacing the video intercom with a audio type and allow upgrades on a apartment by apartment basis at the owners cost. If you agree please let me know via this form and I will ask Pia to draft the appropriate special resolution under section 62 of the act and get the ball rolling on an EGM.

Attached is the new quote from the cheapest suppler of the original $30k quote. It's also in incumbent security company. Please advise ASAP so we can progress.
