Hi All,
  Are we all in agreement that we should go ahead with replacing the 
video intercom with a audio type and allow upgrades on a apartment by 
apartment basis at the owners cost. If you agree please let me know via 
this form and I will ask Pia to draft the appropriate special resolution 
under section 62 of the act and get the ball rolling on an EGM.

Attached is the new quote from the cheapest suppler of the original $30k 
quote. It's also in incumbent security company. Please advise ASAP so we 
can progress.
