Hi All,
  Thanks for meeting up for the internal meeting. We have a good path 
forward now I think to decide what the agenda should be for the next EC 
meeting.
I was great to meet Cathy and Ken also. Im sure with their help we can 
have a successful NYE.

NYE -
Initially we agree to.
Re-introduce BYO Alcohol and smoking on NYE (no glass)
Set roof limit at 150
Allocate Tickets first in best dressed maximum tickets per apartment to 
be decided. (so someone doesn't buy them all)
Wrist bands sold as tickets labeled with apartment number.
Music to be on official NYE Radio station.
cleaner on the night
4 guards on the night. 3 for the roof one roaming.
8pm - 1am open time.
Ticket price will be set once George gives us an idea of the cost of 
above. Not bellow $20
Other details to be fine tuned.

Once we finalise the above we will create a motion for the meeting.

Intercom.
The intercom is beyond repair.
Needs to be replaced.
George to investigate replacement with standard  issue with Aiphone 
GT-1D or GT-1A (whichever is cheapest) handset's as standard (no video)  
but system capable of running GT-1C station as an upgrade to be paid by 
the tenant. New Bylaw will need to be created to facilitate once we have 
pricing.
