Hi All,
  As some of you know our building has no access to HD Pay TV as we are 
on the old satellite system. Over the years we have received some quotes 
to move to the Telstra cable network and also upgrade the satellite 
cabling to provide HD pay TV services. To date those quotes have been to 
high to facilitate us making the switch.  The good news is Telstra have 
made an offer to upgrade the building to HD Cable for a one of fee of 
$1000.

  I believe this is an excellent offer and should be excepted by the 
Strata. We are one of the very few buildings in the area that do not 
have access to HD television. We also have regular disruptions to the 
satellite TV in heavy rain and storms.  Although it is not well know it 
is also likely that NBNco will take ownership of the Telstra HCF (cable 
modem) network over the next 6 months and as a result that would allow 
NBN services to be delivered directly to the building.

Attached is the proposal from Telstra that I strongly recommend that we 
except.
