Hi Matt

You have my total support to take whatever action (ie: camera footage) to
ascertain if someone is accessing this restricted area.  This is criminal
behaviour and with video evidence should be referred to the police.

Hi Guys,
  I have been talking to Daniel from Sharp cooling. Our building's Air 
Conditioning people. He has been trying to locate an ongoing problem 
with the HVAC Plant in the building. He indicated to me that he thinks 
that there could possibly be someone entering the plant room without 
authorization switching off the boiler.

I have setup my aircon (which keeps a log of the cooling loop 
temperature) to send me an email next time the boiler is switched off 
and we can ask George to get camera footage to see if anyone is entering 
level 7 at that time. I suggest that if someone is accessing the plant 
room without authorization and we can obtain footage of them that we 
alert the police and have the person charged. As fixing the aircon plant 
has been an excess drain on the plans finances.
