  I got the following email from Mr Laforest in apartment 601 and have 
tabled it and the reply for the EC's records. A friendly reminder to 
check the cc's if you make any reply's/comments to the list so that 
nobody inadvertently emailed that should not be.

Hi Craig,
There have been no EC meetings since the one held in conjunction with 
the last AGM.

Minutes of that meeting where posted on the notice board. It  has since 
been removed. I'm not sure when.  From my recollection the only matters 
were the election of office bearers and budget matters which are 
ongoing. Pia should be able to provide you with a copy.

The EC conducts most of its business now via email as its now a much 
smaller group as such there is no need for costly time consuming meetings.

When the next meeting is scheduled minutes and notification should be 
posted.

As peer the EC communication protocol you should direct any emails 
regarding the strata plan to the strata manager (Pia) or building 
matters to George and William.

You can of cause contact me on this email if you feel that George, 
William or Pia are not acting appropriately and I will pass your emails 
directly to the EC.
