Also just read through this, SBC come in at $25 per hour, compared to $31
and and $37 for the other tenderers. So I am happy with maintaining the
current cleaners. Especially as they already know the building so well.

Attached is the summary of the submissions received in December.

 

We believe the current services are satisfactory and based on cost we
recommend continuing with SBC Cleaning services.
