I think your report makes for a compelling argument in a tribunal hearing but we have decided to put in some sort of try I believe. Job # 1338/BBQ on roof terrace: Now that this has been replaced, is there an on-going maintenance program in place? Also, what is the procedure for any resident wanting to use the BBQ?
