Hi all,

Based on Brook’s vote at $45, we have a majority vote in favour. This now needs to be actioned. Is this something that we would ask Pia to manage on our behalf?

Many thanks.

ROB

Cool mate……

Personally I think 50 but very happy to go with your recommendation of 45 per calendar month.

Let’s do it….. if I was residing there and needed storage, no issue for me to pay $45, it’s bugger-all when you consider what comparative storage is locally.

This is the official tally:
Matt Yes @ 45
Rob Yes @ 45
Dave Yes @ 45
Ed TBA
Barney TBA
Brooke TBA
Andrew TBA

I think your report makes for a compelling argument in a tribunal hearing but we have decided to put in some sort of try I believe. Pia, would you mind updating us on this contact with the owner of #601. Many thanks.
