Many thanks for providing the quarterly report. 

Reading through it, I only have the following questions: 

Job # 1304/Security cages: It appears you are already to go with these, just waiting on final decision from EC? Correct? If so, up to us EC. Matt, are you able to update on where we left this before the break? Thanks mate. 

Job # 1215/Aprtment 601 on-going saga: Thanks for the detail in this George. I am not sure what more you could have done to be honest. I think your report makes for a compelling argument in a tribunal hearing but we have decided to put in some sort of try I believe. Pia, would you mind updating us on this contact with the owner of #601. Many thanks. 

Job # 1338/BBQ on roof terrace: Now that this has been replaced, is there an on-going maintenance program in place? Also, what is the procedure for any resident wanting to use the BBQ?
