The vote does not give any indication as to who wants want. There was an original circular you were going to send around that asked people to contact Tesnik with their order. Also there are 4 choices so I think no order should be placed without contacting the owners and asking.
Let's send a notice to owners giving the choices the prices and asking them to contact Tesnik with a deadline. I have attached a modified version of the original letter with all the options all that needs to be inserted is the proposed install date in the New Year.

The motions was resolved by special resolution at the proxy vote EGM but Matt and I believe it may be more beneficial to have the intercom repaired next year when residents will all be available to allow access to their Lots.
