Hi William,

We have scheduled in the installation of the intercom system for Marquis on Wednesday 27/1/2016.
I have attached 2 letters. One for the upgrade to COLOUR VIDEO and the other to advise residents of the installation date and that they will need to allow us access on the day. They can email Lesley for the upgrade to video and also if they want to make a firm time for their apartment to be done on the installation date.

If you need to make any changes please let me know.
