Hi All/Brook,
I have been speaking to George and he is going to pass Mr Laforest's
comments on to the building engineer and ask him to formally respond to
Mr Laforest. As the scope of work to remedy the problem was designed by
the building engineer. I support the removal of the garden beds. But I
am unsure of what other remedial work would need to take place to remove
the structure associated with them. As they are built into the edges of
the building.
Perhaps the Engineer could also advise about removing the garden beds.
Matt.
