Please advise if this may be accepted. As the kitchen forms part of lot property, a by law is not required for this as it will automatically be the responsibility of the owner.

Dear Pia,
Following and attached please find the details requested for my kitchen renovation:

Date and period for renovation - Sep08 through October 15 approx
Insurances from the contractor/s - attached
Method of transporting waste material through common property and how it will be disposed of - manpower and by using skips or private transport of contractor
Storage of material - Apartment 601
Method on protecting the common area and floors - see my email this week.  William will organize for elevator protection sheets and drop mats will be used in lobby of 6th.
Works to take place between 8am - 4pm weekdays
