Good afternoon,

I have received the following details (below) from our Strata Manager 
for my upcoming kitchen renovations and will supply them shortly.

In the meantime, can we ensure that anyone who has any renovations 
planned advises the EC/Strata Manager as I noted today that apartment 
404 has had workers going back and forward from the elevators to the 
apartment and nothing has been put up in the lifts nor on the floors to 
protect the common area and there is dirt everywhere.  Naturally this is 
a very important point and one I also observed in your notes to me 
below.  Perhaps the Strata Manager can enquire who is doing this work 
and to ask them to comply with the requirements we must enforce in order 
that we are protecting our building as much as possible during renovations.
