Good afternoon Resident,

We write as Building Manager in reference to the above.

Springs to the car park roller door have recently been uncovered faulty.

On Monday 17 August between 12pm - 3pm the springs will be repaired.

Entry into and out of the car park will not be accessible. Please ensure your vehicle is removed from the car park prior if your require access.

We apologies for the inconvenience but the works are urgent and necessary.
