Good afternoon Craig
1. The water is clean. Possible source being seepage under the slab from the rock face wall. I will arrange for the cleaner to dry the area. Please advise status over the next week.
2. Several weeks ago George advised the AVIS manager to place a lock. I popped into the AVIS office today and reiterated the request. George has also sent an email confirming.
3. This is not a common property matter.
4. We have recently submitted the quotations to the EC and will shortly be requesting a contract from Robertson's Painting.
5. Magic Glass will contact you to arrange time of inspection to quote.
For any further queries, please contact our office.
Kind regards,

Subject: Craig Laforest - our meeting yesterday
Good morning William,
Further to our meeting yesterday, I would like to highlight the points we discussed:
1. Water is entering my garage and storage area, together with parking space 15, and you will investigate with George Ziri using a compound to stop this from happening.
2. While we were investigating point 1, we noted that the fuel tanks/hoses between level P3 and P4 are easily accessible. When we looked at them we were able to open the thin wooden doors easily. There is no lock on them. The area where these hoses are, I believe, should be safely contained by a steel, locked door. Even though you mentioned that this is AVIS's responsibility, the fumes that are coming from the area, once the doors are opened is overwhelming and I consider, very dangerous. I am copying the EC in on this email also.
3. One of my latches from my kitchen sliding door has broken/snapped off. Please have someone contact me to have it repaired. I believe Geoff was the handyman who repaired it the last time.
4. I await confirmation from you on the dates that the water seeping repairs will start on my overhangs (and I assume apartment 602 also).
5. Please provide me with an update on the cracked glass pane on my balcony.
Thank you William for your assistance as always.
Best regards,
Craig Laforest
