[200William-EC SP67851] Notice from Fair Trading to attend mediation.

To my knowledge there is a not a problem with people parking in others
spaces. The problems we have is this.
Residents park in visitor parking.
Then claim they are not residents as they are not on the lease (flatmate
etc)
Will it fix this. Because this (and only this) is the real problem.
(wash bay aside)
Example scenario. .

//Person who lives day to day in the building but is not on a lease
parks their car in visitor parking every day. It's there every night for
months on end. /There's a Mazda 121 with odd replaced panels that's been
there in this situation for about 2 months. /

Can we then tow their car and charge the lessor for the tow. If we cant
do that there's no point. More wasted time.
