[200William-EC SP67851] Breach of By Law by Apartment #301 Marquis

He finished about 5.30. My kitchen guys started at 7.30 so i hope he 
enjoyed his sleep.  He woke me But then his stereo as only one Gyprock 
wall away from my head. Worst part is when it wakes my 2 year old. You 
dont want a 2year woken at 3am i can assure. you.
