Hi Pia,

Hope you are well. I am sorry to be the bearer of more bad news.

I'm afraid to advise you that last night (or rather at 0400 this morning) apartment #301 started the music (admittedly a little quieter than last Saturday) and a group of people were talking in loud voices on the balcony. It was impossible to sleep - I gave up at 0500 and went to the gym. It was all over by the time I got back around 0630.

I would be grateful if you would take the appropriate action.
