Hey Matt

Personally I don’t see a conflict of interest. I think we are lucky enough to have someone on the EC with your expertise in this area. I think it is time to upgrade our building and therefore I am happy to go with your recommendations in terms of providers. 

I like the idea of choice for all owners and tenants.
