[200William-EC SP67851] Access for first path fiber to 200 William Street.

Hi All,
  I was chatting to the CEO of First Path.  First path are a wholesale 
only fiber provider and carrier who provide services to buildings 
throughout Australia. They are a non exclusive carrier unlike TPG and 
allow anyone to use there equipment.  Providers on First path fiber 
include all the major players.

First path have approached me about doing a site servery at 200 William 
to provide fiber into the building and allow their customers to provide 
access to tenants within our building. First Path Services do not 
interferer with other services in the building. Nobody would need to 
churn to first path or do anything at all if they didn't want to. No one 
is forced to do anything.  The first path build would also be free of 
charge to the building.

First Path only wholesale services any  ISP's can use First Path to 
deliver service's so the building get's high speeds and the flexibility 
to use any provider they wish for services. First path also provide 
fiber to the home NBN style service if customers request them.

They will send through land access forms within the next few days. It 
would be a good alternative to TPG/Pipe as they do  not require 
exclusive use of there network. However neither providers are exclusive 
in that  the existing infrastructure remains. If you want to stay on 
Telstra you can. etc.

Again I must point out that a business I have a major stake in is one of 
First Path's major customers and if any of my customers wanted to buy 
services within our building they would use first path. There may be a 
conflict of interest here and I just want to state that for the record.

I would strongly recommend we allow First Path access to the building.
